We're pushing the boundaries of technology to transform the world of sleep and we want your help to pull it off.
We're a highly ambitious, hard-working team that pushes you to produce your best work yet. We focus on how we approach problems, we chase growth, and set ambitious goals. Want your ideas to have an impact and your career to grow? Then Emma is the right place for you.

What you'll do:

  • You will work within our product teams along with a Product Manager, UX Researchers and developers to carry out discovery, design and delivery for our digital products. This includes our WebShop as well as internal digital products.
  • You will contribute to our product roadmap decisions by balancing our company vision and business objectives against customer requirements, including a wide variety of stakeholders throughout this process.
  • You create designs that bring big increases in value to our users and our business, based on data and built in collaboration with the product teams, being hands on with the research team when it comes to usability testing and working closely with the many teams who implement these designs across 25+ Emma WebShops.
  • You will collaborate with other UX team members, other Emmies and especially other UX designers, giving mentoring and training to level up the overall Emma approach to UX in a fast changing organization.
  • You will promote a culture of design excellence and innovation within the product team by applying design thinking methodologies to understand user problems, identify opportunities, and propose innovative solutions based on user-centered design principles.
  • You will contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across digital products including comprehensive design documentation.

Who we're looking for:

  • You have experience working in and steering a product team that works on digital products.
  • You have experience designing, building, and shipping end-to-end user flows, preferably in E-Commerce products with proficiency design and prototyping in Figma.
  • You have experience communicating ideas to teammates through mockups, prototypes, and concise written communication.
  • Interaction Design skills defining behaviour based on understanding people's needs and stakeholders’ needs for scalability.
  • Visual Design skills with a special eye on typography, desktop/mobile UI, colour, layout and iconography.
  • Problem-solver and question-asker attitude and you’re not afraid to voice your opinion.
  • You have experience presenting work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts.

What we offer:

  • A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals.
  • The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team.
  • Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one — you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA.
  • To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events.
