Senior UX Designer

Our Senior UX Designer will be an integral part of our User Experience team. This role is based remotely in EMEA.

The Opportunity

As Senior UX Designer, you will have key decision making responsibilities and be given the autonomy to ensure the DoiT Console is built upon user-centered best practices.

This role is ideal for someone who takes a customer-centric view to design problems and can deliver high-quality UX work in a fast-paced and open environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep contextual understanding of our business, our clients, our users, and their needs
• Own a set of Console features, from ideation, implementation and iteration
• Create sketches, wireframes and hi-fidelity prototypes using Figma
• Contribute towards the DoiT design system
• Take a leading role in our user research efforts and conduct regular usability studies
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and Engineering 
• Join the design team in weekly design critiques and operations meetings

• Develop a high level of knowledge and proficiency in the public cloud

Requirements

• BA or BS in UX Design or relevant professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in the design industry
• Experience solving complex product problems
• Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI design skills
• Experience using Figma and Figjam
• Be a self-starter who can manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
