The Role:

We're looking for a passionate and talented Senior UX Designer to lead the design and optimization of our international ecosystem of websites.  As a key member of our small but mighty web team, you'll have a direct impact on our success by crafting user-centered experiences that drive engagement and conversions. You'll be responsible for everything from user research and information architecture to wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with developers on implementation. How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Lead the design process: Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to design intuitive and engaging user experiences for our B2B and consumer-facing websites across multiple countries (US, Canada, UK)
  • Optimize for conversions: Work with our analytics lead to analyze user behavior and website performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement design solutions that drive key conversions, such as demo requests from prospects
  • Maintain design consistency: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all our web properties
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on website strategy, design, and functionality
  • Champion user-centered design: Advocate for user needs and best practices throughout the organization, promoting a culture of user-centricity
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Research and implement the latest UX design trends and technologies to keep our websites modern and effective
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment: Share your expertise and provide mentorship to other team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and Equivalent Experience
  • 5+ years of experience: Proven track record as a UX Designer with experience designing for B2B and B2C audiences
  • Strong portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your design process and successful UX solutions for complex websites
  • Mastery of design tools: Proficiency in Figma (our primary design tool) and other relevant design software
  • Data-driven mindset: Ability to understand user data and website analytics to inform design decisions and measure the impact of your work
  • Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Agile experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • Passion for our mission: A genuine interest in our mission to provide financial wellness solutions to employees

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience designing for international audiences and multilingual websites
  • Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Pay Transparency.  DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
