Senior User Researcher - UK

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior User Researcher to join our team at Somo on a permanent basis.

The role will require you to generate feedback and insight needed in order to build a clear picture of users and ensure solutions that are delivered are what they need. You will be responsible for generating new and useful user insights and translate these into features and actions to aid service improvements.
 
You will be responsible for planning, designing and conducting in-house usability testing sessions, as well as conducting in-house research to test new product and concept developments.

You’re an experienced User Researcher with demonstrable knowledge of broad range of research techniques both remote and in-person, and you know when to deploy them effectively.

 

You’ve got recent experience in running remote and in-person research sessions and have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

 

You’re a confident presenter with an analytical mind, and have great experience in turning insights into actionable recommendations / improvements and fully understand the agency pace.
