Senior User Researcher – Core Infrastructure

Core Infrastructure’s goal is to provide world-class cloud-native infrastructure to Spotify’s engineers. As a Senior User Researcher, you will help Core Infra build internal tools that enable backend engineers to move faster, safely, and at scale. You will build a deep understanding of our users' needs, goals, and workflows, turning qualitative user research into insights and artifacts which will shape the future of our products. Along with your teammates, you will ensure we are building a platform that empowers everyone at Spotify to make data & insights informed, user-centered product, design & tech decisions.
