Senior UI/UX designer job at Printify

We are looking for a temporary/backfill Senior UI/UX designer with a passion for designing digital solutions who can help our design team to improve Printify by solving ugly problems with elegant solutions. Sounds like you? We’d love to meet you.

As a member of our Marketing design team you will lead and oversee the user experience of Printify, from discovery through design to launch with the goal in mind to increase brand awareness, enhance the user experience and boost the conversion rates of Printify website. You will work with the brand manager, marketing design lead, content team, CRO specialist, product managers and engineers to create the best possible web experience for our clients.

This role requires a high level of UI skills, problem analysis, creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. A portfolio is required.

Your responsibilities:

Deliver designs & prototypes in a fast-paced & demanding environment while maintaining company quality user experience standard and ensuring the implementation of the final design with quality by the engineers.
Improving the user experience of Printify website with the best UX practices and outstanding UI
Understanding our metrics and creating initiatives for improving the conversion rate of the Printify website
Constantly improve and evolve the UI kit and design system for Printify.com
Writing specifications for new components and defining guidelines for their usage
Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Printify
Support the CRO specialist designing experiments and A/B tests to further improve designs after release.
Use Analytics & User research tools to observe users interacting with the features or services following release to find improvements through iteration.
Work with UX researchers, product designers, GTM managers analysts, project managers and engineers to understand user needs and problems -prototype/validate solutions, and launch new product features and services.
Proactively solicit and provide feedback from designers and the broader product team including data analysts in order to continually raise our bar for quality.
Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

Minimum qualifications:

At least 5+ years of web design experience
Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
Understanding of UI design principles, design thinking and branding
Advanced Figma skills
Experience in building and maintaining UI kits and Design Systems
Lo-fi & hi-fi prototyping skills; rapid prototyping skills.
Experience as a designer and a collaborator in cross-functional marketing teams, product teams or squads, working with marketeers, engineers and product managers.
Excellent organizational skills, effectively managing your time and prioritizing work
Great self-motivation, solving problems on the go

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working within larger design and marketing teams
Experience with conversion rate optimization
Experience with CMS as WordPress, elementor and Unbounce
Experience in front end development
