The Xsolla Product Design team is looking for a Senior UI Designer to work on the company's innovative products that connect millions of users and games worldwide. We help players get the fastest return on their game investment. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the UI design efforts for commerce projects, focusing on creating interfaces that excel in partner demos and drive customer success.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that effectively demonstrate product features and capabilities during partner demos, ensuring alignment with the gaming experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs, preferences, and behaviors, and incorporate insights into design decisions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI design and gaming experiences to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and expertise in creating visually stunning interfaces.
- Fluency in Chinese and English, both in verbal and written forms. Knowledge of the Chinese language will help you communicate more effectively with our partners and clients. High proficiency in English will ensure that the findings are clearly understood and impactful across our diverse, international teams.
- Excellent understanding of aesthetics, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating immersive and engaging experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers.
