Toast’s Foundation Product Team is looking for a Technical Product Manager who is passionate about ensuring our software products perform to the highest standards in order to provide the best experience for our Customers.

About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Understand the needs of the business with respect to security and audit compliance
- Deliver a release, deployment and observability strategy and roadmap to ensure the lowest possible change failure rate aligned with ITSM best practices
- Cross collaborate with the Infrastructure and Foundations teams to drive features to support the needs of the business while ensuring developer productivity
- Work closely with our SRE team to provide observability back to our developers and QA engineers on performance and issues.
- Work with SRE on our Chaos and Performance test strategies to ensure software resilience.
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- Proven product management track record creating product direction and delivering outcomes to the business
- Experience driving cross-function initiatives and influencing technical roadmaps
- Knowledge of security and auditing best practices
- Good understanding of CI/CD
- Experience with Cloud technologies
- Experience with Observability platforms
- Experience with ITSM
- BSc in Computer Science, CompEng or equivalent technical field
