About the opportunity

The RegTech Segment at N26 creates a secure, compliant by design, environment where seamless access to essential IT assets empowers individuals and teams to innovate and achieve their highest impact with confidence and minimal risk. 

The System Solutions team is responsible for configuring and managing 3rd party SaaS applications inventory at N26, enabling efficient and compliant operations.

We are seeking a data-driven Senior Technical Product Manager to lead internal product development, improve operational metrics, and drive strategic initiatives. 

In this role, you will:

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal tools supporting SaaS inventory management for System Solutions team.

  • Support peers in segment in doing the same and contribute to the overall segment strategy. 

  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to refine product strategy and identify areas for process improvement.

  • Create product metrics and set up dashboards for feature impact through KPI definition and tracking.

  • Understand and develop solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and dependability of systems and processes to enable our products, engineering and design teams to make the biggest impact. 

  • Lead regulatory documentation efforts and ensure compliance with applicable standards.

  • Communicate technical and strategic concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Drive cross-functional projects, including Regulatory Technology initiatives and other organizational objectives. 

  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Apply best practices in Change, Incident, and Risk Management.

What you need to be successful:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in a technical or regulated environment.

  • Deep understanding of user pain points, desires and personas.

  • Running interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions.

  • Setting up scalable systems for collecting and incorporating feedback.

  • Validating ideas before building, using MVPs, experiments, and prototypes.

  • Experienced in feature lifecicle management. 

  • Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies.

  • Practical experience working on ServiceNow Platform.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Stakeholder management skills to be able to jogle between business stakeholders not familiar with Agile methodologies and technical stakeholders with deep tech knowledge and using Agile in daily work.  

  • Experience leading a small team.

  • Familiarity with Software development lifecycle.

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills to support requirements presentation, story telling, user documentation and leading demos and trainings to users.

  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and innovation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Technical background in the field of Software Engineering/Product Management

  • Practical knowledge on Structural Analysis

  • Good understanding of Large Language Models and understanding of Gen AI is a plus.
  • Experience with Security and Regulatory Compliance best practices

  • Experience working with interdisciplinary Agile teams

  • Experience documenting processes in regulated environments
