What will you do?
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and drive the development of AI features and APIs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams across the organization to seamlessly integrate AI technologies into CPaaS, UCaaS, and CCaaS platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for AI-driven innovation and differentiation.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the impact and success of Gen AI features and APIs.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights, refine product strategies, and enhance user experiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and AI advancements to shape forward-thinking product roadmaps and strategies.
What you will bring;
- Deep expertise in AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing, with a passion for leveraging AI to create impactful products.
- A proven history of launching and scaling AI-driven products in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- 5+ years of product management experience, specializing in AI technologies and telecommunications solutions.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Hands-on experience with Gen AI, APIs, SDKs, and developer tools within the telecommunications industry.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, thriving in cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, using data-driven insights to drive strategic decisions.
