Databricks Clean Room is a secure, governed, and isolated environment that is used to combine data and data assets from multiple parties for the purposes of collaboration with control. Clean Rooms allow businesses to easily collaborate with their customers and partners on any cloud in a privacy-safe way.

You will be the Product Manager for Data Clean Rooms & OEMs on Databricks which delivers a privacy-safe collaboration environment for our customers to jointly work on data, analytics, and AI. You will coordinate all product activities from vision to implementation, including engaging large enterprise customers to understand their needs, developing long-term product strategy, defining product roadmaps, working with engineering to build those products, and coordinating with internal partners (both pre- and post-launch) to ensure product success.

The impact you will have:

  • Design and launch of the privacy-safe collaboration environment for the Lakehouse.
  • Define the end-to-end user experience for customer success running secure workloads on Databricks.
  • Take new features you envision from brainstorming / exploration with customers to full launch and rollout, including marketing plan and field enablement.
  • Developed an understanding of customer needs and use-cases across industries where collaboration with privacy in mind are critical.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of Product Management or relevant Engineering Leadership position
  • Educational background in computer science or related engineering practice
  • Experience working with data sharing, privacy enforcing, and/or cloud computing technologies.
  • Strong track record of delivering products with teams common to enterprise software industry (field engineering, sales, marketing, partnerships, etc.)
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex topics to diverse stakeholders (engineers, customers, etc.) in written and verbal form
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and channel partners in the enterprise software industry

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. $124,600$220,400 USD
