Senior Program Manager, Product Operations

We want people who are passionate about driving growth by managing complex initiatives across product, engineering and design. 

We are looking for an experienced program manager, operations executive or consultant to lead product operations. Reporting to the Vice President, Product Strategy & Operations, the Program Manager, Product Operations will drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Product organization and the Product Leadership Team (PLT).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify and create opportunities for cross organization collaboration and synergies; support key company strategic initiatives
• Manage and facilitate the rhythm of business for the product and engineering organization to drive continuous improvement of processes, team culture and other operational concerns
• Drive quarterly planning to enable organization alignment on OKRs and key initiatives
• Partner with product and engineering teams to author, monitor and track objectives, key results and related performance metrics
• Ensure budget, resourcing, hiring, staffing and Product Leadership Team capacity are aligned to top business priorities
• Lead special projects on behalf of the Product Leadership Team

What You’ll Add to DigitalOcean:

• Proven professional  experience in program management, management consulting, corporate development, finance/investment banking or operations
• Established  track record of defining and driving cross-organization process improvements leading to improved business results
• Ability to influence across levels and organizational boundaries
• Strong communication skills for a global audience
• Keen attention to detail and a relentless focus on execution
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
• Experience in cloud computing, enterprise software or SaaS preferred

*Salary range of $99,000-$149,000

*Bonus of 10%
