It starts with opening a business account and leads to taking care of all the tax issues. We want to make it easy to run your own business when being self-employed and offer tailored services that address the pressing and unique needs freelancers face.

First we created a smart mobile bank account with superpowers to help with finances, taxes and savings. Now, we also offer a tax service for the self-employed to really take care of all of their needs.

Your Mission:

Discover and solve customer problems by designing elegant and efficient products that translate to superior customer experience.

About the job:

Together with our product team you’ll come up with new user-centric ideas and solutions and help with initial prototypes for user testing
Our teams work with end-to-end responsibility and take ownership of their projects
In collaboration with your design peers you will create final high-quality designs and assets
You’ll help to scale our design system and bring Kontist to more platforms (including web)
You’ll will work closely with our developers to implement your designs, give feedback and test the final implementation

Your profile:

Experience in designing and shipping digital products including mobile apps
Exceptional visual design skills — you know that details make or break a great user experience
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Ability to create low to high fidelity prototypes of your ideas and new features
Experience with qualitative user testing and UX methodology
Ability to come up with innovative solutions through insights from analytics and research
Ability to communicate and explain concepts and design solutions to stakeholders
Experience with scaling design systems
Figma is your tool of choice
Fluent in English

Big Plus:

You have solid freelance experience yourself
You have worked in Fintech before
Advanced German skills to run user interviews
