About Logically
We are a technology company combining advanced AI with human intelligence and expertise to tackle harmful and problematic online content at scale. We want to provide everyone, from individual citizens to national governments, with the tools they need to identify and disarm damaging and misleading information.

Since we were founded in 2017, Logically has been working to protect democratic debate and process, and provide access to trustworthy information. This has led us to create a suite of products and services to reduce and eventually eliminate the harm caused by the spread of misinformation and targeted disinformation campaigns.

We are an award-winning international team of over 200 data scientists, engineers, analysts, developers and investigators, working with governments and organisations around the world in the fields of national security, public safety, election integrity, and public health.

We are verified signatories of the International Fact-Checking Network, with offices in the UK, US and India.

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who can join our team as a Senior Product Owner, practising in a SAFe structure, as part of our community of Product Owners, Product Managers, Product Designers, UX research and Product Operations.
We would love to speak to you if you are someone who is, or would like to be someone who:

Anchors decisions in research and uses research as a key input into problem and solution definition.
Is recognised internally as an expert in customer needs for their area of the product and is able to use this insight to effectively create the best possible value in their product area.
Uses data insights to evaluate and inform the story they tell, inform product strategy and partners effectively with Analytics to define the analysis we need.
Is recognised internally as the ‘go to’ person for analytics insight for their area of the product. Understands metrics for all areas of their product/use case and uses that data to inform decision-making.
Understands the competitor landscape and industry trends for their use case and is deeply curious about their product area.
Articulates a problem statement, including complex ones, with exceptional clarity. Continues to refine our understanding of the problem as we learn more.

Steers team explorations of multiple solutions to the problem statement efficiently and challenges the team to question their assumptions about what’s actually needed.
Consistently delivers meaningful impact to customers and our business
Ensures their commitments are realistic, understands their priority and urgency, and delivers upon them accordingly. Anticipates and communicates blockers, delays, and cost ballooning for their work before they require escalation. Ensures expectations within their team are clarified between all parties involved. Spots product quality risks across the broader Intercom system, not just the local product area.

Responsible for shaping product area/use case strategy and can create/clarify strategy within ambiguous areas with limited guidance. Creates a top-class, compelling rationale that drives product area/use case strategy forward and inspires.
Creates alignment across teams and with a broad range of stakeholders. Understands each stakeholder’s perspective and ensure that they have been appropriately considered in strategy setting & roadmap creation.
Delivers praise and constructive feedback to their team, teammates, and manager in a useful manner. Delivers feedback to their team's business stakeholders when opportunities arise. Actively seeks out feedback from their teammates and manager, and work to use feedback that they receive as a tool for growth.
Communicates effectively, clearly, and concisely in written and verbal form both technical and non-technical subjects, and in an audience-oriented way. Actively listens to others and ensures they are understood.

Understands their team's domain, shares their knowledge frequently with their teammates and contribute to their team's documentation. Watches out for opportunities to share knowledge and encourages others to do the same.
Has conversations based on organizational strategy and principles with their teammates when appropriate to ensure team alignment. Strongly oriented towards goals and ensures their team is continuously working towards their shared goals.
Regularly thinks about team practices and processes and discusses improvements with the team and Product Operations
Facilitates discussions within their team, ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to share their opinion and be heard and that discussion outcomes tie to stated goals. Encourages quiet participants and ensures no one person dominates the conversation.
Mentors their teammates in an open, respectful, flexible, and empathetic manner. Seeks out mentoring opportunities specifically to create team redundancy and backfill ability.
All members of our team have a responsibility to:
Contribute to the setting and/or achievement of team goals/OKRs
Fulfil their own roles first and offer support to others
Communicate openly and contribute to the safety others feel in expressing ideas, concerns and feedback
Resolve conflict and friction constructively
Actively inform the team’s culture
