This role can be based in New York City or Chicago.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor top tier campaigns via reporting dashboards and our in-house ad serving tools to ensure campaigns are pacing well
- Serve as the main point of contact for the sales team for any troubleshooting issues
- Work with engineering and product managers to identify bugs and test new ad products
- Support and scale our vendor operations team
- Collaborate with multiple teams (brand success, product marketing, brand strategy, ads engineers, product) to ensure smooth launch for custom campaigns
- Work closely with the ads measurement team to test and certify new vendors/partnerships
- Have a foundational knowledge of ad serving and ad technology
Required Qualifications:
- BA / BS degree
- 4-6+ years experience in ad operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and high attention to detail
- Adept written and oral communication skills
- Foundational understanding of digital advertising and marketing
