About the Opportunity
Salsify is a market-leading, fast-paced company with an exciting new role within our R&D organization. We have big goals to grow and deliver customer value in new ways. The Product Operations Program Manager role will be dedicated to optimizing our processes and running programs to ensure efficiency and drive value for our colleagues and customers.
This role will be a blend of operations and program management. You will drive operational processes and cross-functional release management. You will play a significant role driving the success of our software delivery release process by ensuring cross-functional teams are prepared to service, support and sell to our customers. You will facilitate cross-functional meetings, track product release readiness and ensure the process is being followed.
The right person for this role will be passionate about planning and executing new initiatives, building cross-functional relationships, and clearly communicating change and process that enable the success of all Salsify R&D teams and individuals. This is a great opportunity to focus on process, clear communications, and efficiencies to set the broader organization up for success.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Drive monthly feature release planning across Product Management and Go-to-Market teams including facilitating meetings, preparing materials and tracking deliverables by agreed upon deadlines
- Facilitate and improve communication and collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Customer Support, Sales) required to successfully sell, support and service our products and unlock the value of our product development investments
- Contribute to the success of the Product and Engineering teams by supporting and improving processes, practices and tools to be used consistently and effectively across the teams
- Clearly and thoughtfully document processes and change management materials to make them easy to consume by a variety of audiences

Must Have:
- Passion for planning and process
- Likes to take complex concepts and help simplify them
- 3+ years experience in operational, technical program or release management, SaaS preferred
- Solid project management skills and ability to maintain command over a large number of tasks across many stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally to drive results
- Strong written and verbal communication of complex materials; extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated fluency in spoken and written English
Nice to Have:
- Experience with JIRA
- Experience reporting status and risk to executive leadership
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Understand how Enterprise SaaS products get built, released and launched
