Senior Product Operations Manager

As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will partner with EPD, Sales, Marketing, and Operations functions to prioritize, build, and deliver mission-critical programs at Vanta. Example programs that you will establish and iterate include product roadmapping, product launch, voice of the customer, and How Vanta Works. Your impact will be felt across the company.

What you’ll do as a Senior Product Operations Manager at Vanta:

• Own and drive our feedback system to ensure we can turn feedback into insights and action.

• Build, maintain, and communicate product launch plans. Partner with EPD and GTM teams to track execution, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

• Optimize processes, systems, and tools, allowing teams to work more effectively and better leverage how we work.

How to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, product or business operations, or related roles in a high-growth and complex environment.

• Ability to bring clarity to complex areas of collaboration at the company level.

• Is metrics and data-driven and has a commercially minded approach when solving problems.

• Has strong business acumen, allowing you to make strategic business decisions that drive the business forward.

• Effectively communicates with and influences cross-functional stakeholders.

• Is a strong decision-maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and iteration.

• Ability to operate at multiple altitudes, from driving execution of a product launch to developing our long-term product operations strategy.

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is $169,000 - $199,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
