Sana is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to accelerate the Product and Engineering team’s business impact, empowerment and speed as we push the boundaries of delivering convenient, personalized, high-quality, affordable health benefits and care. You will collaborate with our growing cross-functional team as we distill the inordinate amount of complexity inherent in U.S. healthcare into simpler, higher value products and experiences to support internal teams, healthcare providers, employer clients and consumers.

What you will do

Manage the product tech stack - tool selection, integration, maintenance and use
Product data management, analytics and workflows
Maintain and level up cross-functional product portfolio management process. Portfolio documentation, including experiment tracking, for a single source of truth
Drive product reporting processes, tools and dashboards at project, product, portfolio, and enterprise level
Continuously level up the team in operating with product management best practices
Own internal knowledge management including roadmaps, product tool/process training materials and similar artifacts
Lead the operational cadence to ensure that the Product organization is aligned to execute its strategy with clear roles and responsibilities, accountability and results

About you

3+ years of software product operations experience
Ability to operate autonomously with minimal guidance
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Proactive
Knowledge of current and emerging product management concepts and techniques
Strong analytical skills
High empathy. Low ego.
Ability to adapt to the changing context inherent in a hyper-growth healthcare technology start up
A desire to join a remote-first team
