Atlassian's Product Managers discover, build, and ship products loved by over 200,000 customers. The Product Operations team exists to scale our global Product team.
We're hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager for our Product Management (PM) Craft pillar, reporting to the Head of Product for the department and working daily with the Head of Product Operations.
You will manage a portfolio of programs and products to deliver outcomes for our Product Management team. You are passionate about shipping products of massive scale and impact that customers love.

What you'll do

  • Your customers are Product Managers and you will focus on projects that focus on scaling and sharing Atlassian's approach to product management
  • Lead customer discovery with PM leaders from across the organization to scale our gold standard product practices; you will lead projects from discovery to experimentation to department-wide rollout
  • Inspire commitment to elevating the craft of product management by engaging Product Managers in learning and teaching of the craft inside Atlassian
  • Share our product pride outside Atlassian to influence the broader product industry
  • Inspire and lead your team by prioritizing the most impactful opportunities within your area of ownership to deliver customer value
  • Align between product groups and leadership and create high visibility into your work by communicating updates and progress on success metrics to many teams and partners, including occasional presentations to executive team members
  • Work across multiple timezones (PST & AEST) to deliver a core set of programs with defined success metrics

Your background

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in aSaaS-based tech company
  • Bachelor's (or above) degree in Business, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Subject-matter expertise in the field of product management, product development, or product discovery
  • Demonstrated experience operationalizing processes at scale
  • Experience defining and tracking towards success metrics
  • You set clear expectations and can paint a compelling vision that can inspire action across teams
  • Outstanding track record building relationships and influencing without authority on a distributed team
  • Comfortable managing detailed logistics and events
