  • Partner with Product during the development of key functionality and through to its launch, being the voice of the customer with our product teams, and the voice of Pigment in the market
  • Provide pricing and packaging recommendations for new feature releases
  • Work with Product Strategy and GTM teams to bring prioritized product development recommendations to achieve our strategy using customer, prospect, partner, analyst and competitive intelligence insights
  • Work with Marketing to promote new product releases, owning the creation of sales collateral and ensuring adoption and pipeline goals are achieved
  • Create product marketing collateral (including data sheets, presentations, and one-pagers) to articulate the value of Pigment at different stages of the sales and renewals cycle, to maximize adoption of Pigment and open up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Be an advisor to our Solutions Consulting team to ensure product demonstrations reflect our messaging and positioning and showcase new product releases relevant to our target personas
  • Partner with enablement to understand product content needs from field teams, developing top priorities and ensuring this content is adopted and valued
  • Collaborate to quantify the value perceived by customers and create case studies which capture this and help prospect conversion and customer expansion & renewals
  • Run and participate in select pre-sales and client success strategic initiatives (e.g. Customer Advisory Board, roadmap presentations, etc.)

Who you are

  • You have extensive experience as a Product Marketer in the EPM space (at least 2 solutions) and within enterprise SaaS with tangible results to speak to
  • You enjoy thinking about the big picture and then getting your hands dirty to do the work
