At Transform, we’re building a metrics repository that enables businesses to capture metric definitions in a standardized, well-formatted, and organized way. It helps teams streamline analysis and enable decision-making with confidence and speed. We bridge the gap between those who know the data and those who need the data by creating a trusted metrics repository with an accessible user interface and a broad set of connectors to seamlessly pipe data to downstream systems.
We’re backed by Index, Redpoint, Fathom, and Work Life Ventures and have years of experience working on data at Airbnb, Facebook, Slack, BlackRock, and Instagram. We’ve dedicated our careers to improving data infrastructure, from warehouses to machine learning platforms. We saw at Airbnb that a metrics repository improves both the speed and trustworthiness of data across all tools at a company.
As Transform's first Product Marketer, you will have a unique opportunity to carve out a new category for Transform in the data ecosystem space. Transform is a metrics layer on top of your data warehouse. And while that might be intuitive to some, it's a mystery to most. We are looking for a senior product marketing manager to own, lead, and drive the messaging, positioning, and GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy to deliver our marketing leading metrics store product to the data engineering community.
Be it creating thought leadership content, leading world-class product launches, supporting the sales team with enablement materials – we need your help with it. On the way, you'll work with a bunch of other teams at Transform – like product management, sales, and demand generation – to tell these stories and build that community that keeps coming back. This position will report to the Head of Marketing.
GTM: Lead and execute the GTM strategy for new product releases. Own messaging, positioning, competitive positioning in collaboration with sales and other GTM teams.
Sales enablement: Work closely with product management and build enablement materials to support the sales motion, including sales playbooks and demos.
Content: Create thought leadership & technical content (blogs, whitepapers, demos etc.) by researching relevant topics that appeal to our target ICP.
Campaign support: Support demand generation teams to achieve pipeline goals by creating and supporting marketing programs to drive leads into the marketing funnel.
Analyst relations: Collaborate and support activities related to analyst relations that would include positioning Transform in surveys, interviews and briefings.
Prior experience (3+ years) targeting the data engineer or analyst persona in product marketing/management or a related role.
