Salsify is creating a new, large category to help brand manufacturers and retailers prepare for the new, multi-channel world of commerce: Commerce Experience Management. With increased global demand from both retailers and brand manufacturers, Salsify is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager for our CommerceXM Network.

In this high-impact role, you’ll have the opportunity to unlock the network effect of the industry’s first commerce experience management network and change the way that retailers and brands collaborate to market products on the digital shelf. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for our CommerceXM Network, you will be ensuring the go-to-market success of our solutions that are sold to both retailers and brand manufacturers, including but not limited to Salsify Open Catalog, GDSN, Partner Solutions, and Connectors. This position will report directly to the global VP of Product Marketing.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Persona Development: Become the expert on your customers, including developing in-depth knowledge of our customers’ needs, buying motions, market landscape, and our competitive differentiators (in conjunction with Competitive Center of Excellence). Package up this knowledge into enablement assets to drive go-to-market success. 
  • GTM Execution: Working with Product and Sales Leadership, execute on our go-to-market strategy to drive revenue and product adoption. Create compelling materials to communicate go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, pricing, and packaging to both internal and external audiences. 
  • Product Launches: Quarterback the internal and external launches of new features and releases for your products
  • Marketing: Work with global Revenue Marketing teams to create, prioritize, and execute marketing campaigns and demand creation activities.
  • GTM Enablement: Partner with Center of Excellence and GTM Hub resources to create effective enablement programs for GTM teams. 
  • Deal Support: Partner with Sales leaders on strategic and high-impact new and upsell deals. Partner with Customer Success leaders on strategic and high-impact account renewals.
  • Roadmap: Provide strategic input on the roadmap based on customer needs research and market feedback.

How You’ll Measure Success:

  • Achievement of pipeline goals for each solution, as a shared objective with GTM teams
  • Creation of core product marketing assets, such as messaging, positioning, collateral, and enablement

You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:

  • Experience in product marketing for networks or multi-sided platforms
  • Experience with marketing or managing products with multiple audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with presenting and engaging with internal and external stakeholders, executive level, and C-Suite
  • A data-driven mindset, comfortable with analyzing data to come up with insights, ability to clearly and concisely communicate those insights
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Highly collaborative team player with the ability to organize, communicate and drive forward projects across cross-functional teams spanning sales, customer success, marketing, and other departments
  • Experience with, or interest in, growth marketing
