Overview

  • Recharge is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the GTM strategy for a high-impact product area within our organization. A successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing initiatives, establishing strong internal and external relationships, and ensuring alignment between product value propositions and market demands.

  • This role will encompass influencing roadmap decisions for multiple products and features, understanding analytics and performance, and co-creating strategic plans with the product,  marketing, and revenue teams. 

  • The ideal candidate can get scrappy to mobilize people and resources around emerging opportunities, demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying and leveraging nascent market trends. Passion for creating experiences across product and lifecycle marketing channels, coupled with expertise in experimentation and optimization, is essential.

What you’ll do

  • Become a product and market expert to drive thoughtful go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the Product team.

  • Own and execute our product-led growth strategy.

  • Educate the company, prospects, and customers on the value propositions of our products, highlighting use cases and differentiation from competitors. 

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to create compelling content and design demand campaigns targeting our ideal customer profile.

  • Plan, communicate, and oversee cross-functional projects involving multiple teams; deliver presentations to leadership, including executives.

  • Measure performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to enhance our roadmap and growth. 

  • Define, monitor, and analyze metrics for launched products to ensure strategic goals are met, using data insights to influence future strategy.

  • Participate in industry and Recharge-hosted conferences and events. 

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum of 6 years of Product Marketing experience, including a track record of developing positioning and launch strategies for SaaS or Product Led Growth tech companies.

  • Expert in managing organizational change with strong leadership and adaptability.

  • Proven experience supporting sales teams to close new business and cross-sell additional products.

  • Successful track record of leading and executing strategies with the product as the primary vehicle to acquire, activate, and retain customers.

  • Ability to rapidly build credibility and trust with Product stakeholders to drive impact.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to organize and lead cross-functional project teams for impactful go-to-market launches.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a history of backing decisions with product & market data. 

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and skills to get the job done. 

  • Experience in ecommerce technology is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
