After a first phase of hypergrowth, it’s time for us to focus on monetizing our product – think no more, you’ll have a key role to play in this strategic move! You’ll be instrumental in driving utilization of our new features by understanding the purchasing behavior of our customers while driving & leading collaboration between Marketing, Product, Sales & Customer Success. Building solutions is nice... Delivering them with the right storytelling for our customers to figure how much value we can bring is even better
HOW you will contribute to the company as a PMM ?
You’ll be joining a brand-new PMM team of three (manage by Maxime Leclercq : Head of product Growth & Marketing), within a 30+ Product organization, supported by an engineering team of +100 people.
- You’re turning our users in your best friends: you strive to understand their needs, challenges and aspirations to translate it into valuable insights for our PM and designers
- You’re contributing to build the most efficient processes between our Product & Marketing teams and providing best-in-class education material to the Sales & CS teams
- You’ll infuse a growth mindset in our Product teams to ensure that we prioritize the right functionalities based on the value we deliver to our users, backed with strong analytics
- You’ll drive monetization by packaging our features in the sexiest way with the right content, supported by a compelling storytelling
WHAT you can expect from your life at Pennylane ?
Within one month
- You’ll learn everything about our company, our teams, and our vision during the first onboarding week
- You’ll familiarize yourself with the product and the accounting industry (You will have access to a lot of documentation and will assist to trainings organized by your peers)
- You’ll get a very deep knowledge of our Product organization, methods, and culture
Within 3 months
- You’ll have constructive impact on the launch of at least two new features by identifying gaps in current go-to-market strategies, process improvement opportunities and by driving a ROI-obsessed approach
- You’ll start leveraging users and market insights to orientate the Product roadmap and help its prioritization
- You’ll foster evangelization of the Product Marketing function all across the organization
Within 6 months
- You’ll have built solid and fluid processes enabling optimal features launch and maximizing value of user research
- You’ll be the go-to person to efficiently support and enable the Sales, Growth & CS teams
- You’ll leverage an extensive market understanding to build the right pricing strategy
- You’ll put user engagement, feature adoption and utilization at the core of the Product manager’s concerns
And beyond
The PMM team is expecting to grow to 4-5 people within one year, which means you’ll have ⏬

- Culture-Fit discussion with 2 members from the Marketing and Product teams to assess the fit and the Product culture : 45 min
- Last Round with Arthur (CEO) : 30 min
