As a founding member of the product marketing team, you will play a critical role in shaping how MaintainX brings our product and partnerships story to life, across every channel, in every stage of the buyer journey. You will work closely with partners in Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Sales to create scalable, repeatable formulas for GTM success, with a focus on our partner ecosystem and partner-specific products. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing.
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience building strategies for various partnership marketing channels. Knowledge of the ecosystem and ability to create joint value propositions that resonate with customers is a must!
The core of this role is to develop a marketing plan, execute partner-specific product launches and events, and create marketing content and sales tools to support both internal and external teams to drive revenue growth and product adoption.
What you'll do:
- Drive the planning, execution, and performance of partnerships programs and partner launches on the MaintainX platform.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design partnership collateral, including presentations, emails, brochures, and joint case studies.
- Partner analysis & intelligence — identify key partnership opportunities for MaintainX to target based on market potential, shared customers, and integration capabilities between products. Keep on top of broad trends impacting the economy and the overall partner ecosystem that we’re a part of.
- Competitive intelligence — keep up to date with partner and competitors’ movements, and identify the differentiators that keep our narrative fresh and our sellers on top.
Influence product strategy — champion our customers’ needs to inform product strategy and roadmap when it comes to new integrations or partnership opportunities we should seek out. Work with the Product team to validate new product and partner integration strategies, and dream up GTM motions that can scale.
- Messaging & positioning— define the messaging that clearly demonstrates how MaintainX’s product can support customers alongside our partners. Translate our product’s capabilities into simple, compelling messages that resonate and stories that stick.
- Product & partner launches — build the plans to take our product and new partnerships to market and align every team (DG, comms, PM, sales, design, growth) to execute flawlessly on launch day and beyond.
- Sales enablement — enable customer-facing teams with the right collateral and training so they can close bigger deals, in less time, and more often.
Ideally you bring:
- 5-7+ years of marketing experience (or related experience), including 2+ years of PMM experience at an enterprise B2B SaaS company
- Experience working with partners to create joint value props and high-impact GTM campaigns
- Experience working with Manufacturers
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player who excels at building cross-functional relationships and can influence without authority
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
