Our success is reliant on building teams that include people from different backgrounds and experiences who can elevate assumptions and ideas with fresh perspectives. We're dedicated to hiring the whole human, not just a resume. To that end, we look for a diverse pool of applicants-including those from historically marginalized groups. We would like to invite you to apply even if you don't think you meet all of the requirements listed below. We don't want a few lines in a job description to get between us and the opportunity to meet you.

- Coordinate and launch new products and features to market with innovative campaigns across the customer journey and lifecycle by working with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Create compelling messaging and positioning that showcases the value of our products and features to our customers and target audiences
- Work with content and digital marketing teams to translate that narrative into highly effective marketing and web content
- Conduct customer research to understand the challenges, needs, unique stories, and untapped opportunities for our buyers and users
- Be a voice of the customer and input into product and marketing direction
- Be a close partner with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure they are enabled with effective training, tools, and content to help drive positive revenue outcomes
- Build customer success stories across a variety of mediums (video, blogs, events, case studies, webinars, social media, etc.) and handle promotion
Our Vision of You:
- You are excited to help grow a category and build a movement around unleashing the power of sales teams
- You thrive in a fast pace, ambiguous environment with an ambitious, collaborative team
- You are a talented storyteller and have demonstrated examples of crafting product positioning and content
- You are a strong listener and great communicator - you can clearly and thoughtfully explain product concepts to customers, internal team members, prospects, and external stakeholders
- Ability to develop effective sales training materials, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings and key positioning
- You are driven by cross-functional work and are great at collaborating with and inspiring teams
- You have a working knowledge of and interest in sales technology, and you have experience with sales tools and marketing to sales leaders and teams
- You are creative, resourceful, and self-driven
The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $165,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
