Headquartered in San Francisco, Recurly is hiring remotely across the US depending on role and experience.

Recurly is looking for a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. You are a critical member of the Recurly team with key responsibilities including the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for Recurly’s subscription growth offerings. You are expected to drive strategy for pricing, product positioning in market, lifecycle management, and competitive analysis. You possess a record of success in marketing a SaaS solution, delivering measurable results. You thrive in a team environment and work enthusiastically with colleagues outside the immediate team to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the go-to-market strategy and plan for Recurly’s products, including product launches.
  • Develop clear and concise product positioning and messaging for Recurly’s portfolio of products
  • Work closely with sales and customer success to develop a deep vertical understanding, speaking to customers in their language and needs 
  • Explore pricing and packaging models specific to direct-to-consumer customers
  • Work closely with the corporate marketing, sales and demand gen teams to increase market presence and build pipeline and revenue
  • Partner with Product Management team in order to help shape product roadmap and vision
  • Analyze competitive offerings to identify product differentiators as well as potential gaps
  • Develop research and insights, with the broader team to elevate story telling 
  • Build customer relationships to develop references, case studies, and champions
  • Evangelize the Recurly story by delivering compelling presentations at live events as well as on Webinars
  • Enable sales organization to effectively understand and sell offerings
  • Create and manage a compelling set of sales tools and collateral
  • Provide deal support to the sales team

Requirements

  • BS/BA and related work experience required, MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years’ experience in product marketing including proven success in driving messaging, positioning and sales enablement.
  • Experience marketing world-class Software-as-a-Service products.
  • Prior experience with marketing to product, growth, operations a big plus.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • “High-horsepower” thinker – “High Execution” doer
  • Ability to work across organizational lines, command respect, and influence without authority
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution
