Marketeers effectively spread the word: In the Marketing Team we shape a brand that stands for the democratization of wealth. We raise awareness for our mission by bringing the best creative talents together with the most data-driven marketeers. We are the face to our growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Be part of our Brand Team shaping our product marketing strategy and campaigns
• Own and execute 360-degree product marketing campaigns around product launches as well as Trade Republic’s core products
• Ensure that campaigns are rolled out to all touchpoints through cross functional collaboration with our Product, Growth and Creative Studio teams as well as external stakeholders
• Identify and initiate new opportunities to shape Trade Republic's brand perception across Europe
• Track and evaluate the performance of all marketing campaigns and proactively optimize tactics based on learnings

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You have gained 5+ years of relevant experience in a high growth, strongly brand-focused environment, either in another top-tier startup, a leading brand/advertising agency and/or top tier consultancy
• You bring excellent project management skills, have a successful track record of project delivery and pay high attention to detail to ensure flawless quality
• You have outstanding organisational and prioritization skills that give you the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• You are passionate about financial markets and the FinTech industry and are keen to re-define how people take care of their finances
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are a real team player
• You speak German at native level, English at professional level
