Your Role 

Forto is successfully pursuing the ambitious goal of digitizing a massive industry. You have the opportunity to play a decisive role in this as one of our Product Marketing Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for positioning and messaging around our product, creation of rich and meaningful sales content and preparation and execution of our product and feature launches across our markets. In close collaboration with the product, marketing and sales team, you will bring our product marketing setup to the next level.

You will

  • Deeply understand our target customers and their needs and pain points within your product area
  • Develop positioning and messaging for our innovative products and services 
  • Develop meaningful sales content to enable our revenue team to target the right customer with the right set of information and materials for the specific stage of the buying journey
  • Work with sales enablement teams to train the sales community on core content 
  • Feed relevant positioning and messaging content to our content team to create meaningful and targeted marketing materials
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product and feature launches and manage release updates internally with our sales community and externally
  • Closely listen and cooperate with the sales community to consistently improve the quality of our content  

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing in a dynamic B2B environment; ideally experience in logistics or technology companies 
  • Fluent language proficiency in German and English
  • A tech-savvy talent and creative mind with a strong passion for serving and deeply understanding customers
  • You enjoy both shaping strategies and getting into the detail of implementation, to create sales content and product marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and satisfaction 
  • You understand how different content supports different stages of the buying journey and are able to create targeted materials to support sales at all stages of process
  • As an action-oriented team player you have excellent communicative skills to manage a complex set of stakeholders, in particular you are energized when working with the sales organization
  • Finding the right words to translate complex tech and logistics content into effective customer-centric product marketing assets (like value propositions, positionings, messaging as well as naming, taglines and marketing content) comes easily to you
