We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and take on a critical role in our enablement efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software product marketing and a proven track record of success in developing and executing enablement strategies that drive revenue growth.
This role is fully remote in the United States or Canada.
Annual Compensation — $140,000 - 190,000
What you'll do
- Collaborate with the product management team to understand the features and benefits of our enterprise software products, and translate them into clear and compelling sales messaging that resonates with our target customers.
- Develop and execute field enablement programs that equip our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to prospects and customers.
- Create and manage a library of enablement content, including presentations, product demos, case studies, and competitive intelligence materials, that supports the sales team at each stage of the sales cycle.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and pain points, and identify opportunities to improve their productivity and effectiveness through better enablement processes and tools.
- Measure the effectiveness of our enablement programs and identify areas for improvement, working with cross-functional teams to implement changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including product management, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for our enablement initiatives.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, with a focus on sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of B2B software sales cycles and the role of sales enablement in driving revenue growth.
- Experience developing and executing sales enablement programs, including content creation, training, and tools development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical product features into compelling sales messaging.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across the organization.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
