JOB DUTIES:

RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CRAFT AND GRAPHIC DESIGN FOR COMPANY’S TRELLO PRODUCT. COMPOSE INTERFACE ELEMENTS WITH STRUCTURE, FLOW, AND PATTERNS FOR TRELLO SOFTWARE USERS TO ACHIEVE THEIR COLLABORATION AND ORGANIZATION TASKS ACROSS A VARIETY OF COMPUTER DEVICES. WORK WITH VARIOUS GRAPHIC DESIGN PRINCIPLES, INCLUDING TYPOGRAPHY, WHITE SPACE, CONTRAST, ALIGNMENT, PROXIMITY, COLOR THEORY, IMAGERY, MOOD, TONE AND PHYSICAL DIMENSION, TO DEVELOP THE TRELLO PRODUCT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE BRAND STRATEGY, WITH A STRONG FOCUS ON TEAMWORK AND COMMUNICATION. UTILIZE WRITTEN COPY FOR THE PRODUCT’S INTERFACE IN ORDER TO ENABLE USERS TO COMPLETE TASKS, INCLUDING DATA MODELLING, COPYWRITING, AND INFORMATION MODELLING. PROVIDE MENTORSHIP AND COACHING FOR JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNERS. CONSTANTLY MONITOR NEWS FOR GRAPHIC DESIGN IN THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL STEPS OF THE GRAPHIC DESIGN PROCESS, FROM PLANNING TO IMPLEMENTATION IN THE TRELLO PRODUCT.

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN DESIGN, MARKETING OR ADVERTISING OR RELATED FIELD. *WILL ACCEPT 3 OR 4-YEAR BACHELOR’S DEGREE.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A LEADERSHIP ROLE ALONGSIDE AN ENGINEERING AND PRODUCT PARTNER TO FACILITATE THE TEAM'S VISION AND ROADMAP, WORKING WITH UX DESIGN OR PRODUCT DESIGN; RUNNING RESEARCH EFFORTS, WHERE THE INDIVIDUAL SET UP RESEARCH EFFORTS, RUN INTERVIEWS, SYNTHESIZED RESEARCH, AND SHARED THE FINDINGS; WORKING WITH FIGMA, PRINCIPLE, OR INVISION.

MUST PASS TECHNICAL INTERVIEW.
