The team
Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicate the value of DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Build worldwide digital experiences that touch millions. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.

This position
DocuSign’s vision is to provide the leading apps and platform technologies for companies to modernize their systems of agreement, from preparing agreements to getting them signed to fulfilling the terms and finally, reporting on, retaining and retrieving agreements.

As Senior Product Marketing Manager - DocuSign eSignature products, you will be responsible for communicating value, increasing marketing and sales effectiveness and helping drive adoption for products in our eSignature family, including primarily responsibility for DocuSign Click and a supporting role for our flagship eSignature product. You’ll drive product messaging and positioning, enable our field teams with content and tools aligned to customer needs in various stages of the sales cycle, and collaborate with marketing to build a pipeline for the eSignature portfolio. You’ll work in close partnership with eSignature product marketing lead on product positioning, launches, and sales enablement. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Field Enablement, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Pricing and Packaging and Competitive Strategy.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to generate customer and market insights
  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure customer needs are reflected in the way the product roadmap is prioritized, packaged, priced, and communicated
  • Partner with demand generation to create compelling campaigns that drive acquisition and upsell opportunities
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure that Sales has the right content, tools, and training to develop and close deals effectively
  • Work with International Marketing to showcase the value of eSignature solutions in our core international regions 
  • Support Strategic customer and internal event (e.g customer/partner conferences, sales meetings) by owning development of presentations/sessions/speaking

Basic qualifications 

  • 8+ years marketing experience
  • 2+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
  • BA/BS required

Preferred qualifications 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create net new content and marketing assets that engage senior (C-Suite) decision makers
  • Track record of leadership and results in a fast-paced work environment
  • Demonstrated expertise leading cross-functional, large-scale strategic marketing initiatives, working in a matrixed environment
  • Mix of strategy, marketing, sales, and technical skills

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $118,200 - $146,800 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
