Job Description 

DevRev is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager in our London, UK office who will help shape the future of conversational AI at work, right now. Reporting to DevRev’s head of marketing, this individual will be a key senior leader on a global product marketing team, managing a team of four product marketers and helping shape our growing global marketing organization. Working closely with product, engineering, design, and sales leadership, this individual will play a critical role in defining, refining, and advancing DevRev’s marketing efforts, operating at the bleeding edge of conversational artificial intelligence, large language models, and the future of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies that drive demand and adoption of DevRev's AI-powered solutions.
  • Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of four product marketers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, design, and sales leadership to align marketing efforts with product development and sales goals.
  • Messaging and Positioning: Define and refine DevRev's product messaging, ensuring clear and compelling communication of value propositions to target audiences.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality marketing materials, including website content, social content, blog posts, white papers, case studies, and presentations.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
Outline the essential requirements that candidates must meet to be considered for the role.

  • 8 years of professional experience in software product marketing. 
  • Three years managerial experience.
  • Outstanding leadership and project management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability working cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and design teams.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AI, large language models, machine learning, and related technical areas.

Preferred Qualifications
List additional skills, experience, or attributes that are advantageous but not required.

  • MBA or related advanced degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in software product marketing, with direct experience in AI, large language models, machine learning, or related fields preferred.
