We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our Design & Build capabilities. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to lead our messaging, strategy, and go-to-market initiatives—shaping how users discover, understand, and adopt our core product functionality.
This is a highly visible and strategic role in which it will be crucial to build trust and partnership with teams across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure that our offerings not only meet market needs but set new industry standards.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $152,000 - $212,500
- Zone B: $142,500 - $199,500
- Zone C: $134,000 - $187,000
- Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Design & Build, you will …
- Develop an expert understanding of Webflow’s technical web development features, and the customers who use them — to create compelling and impactful marketing that tells our story and drives adoption
- Collaborate and contribute to the product roadmap in close partnership with Product, leveraging market, customer, and competitive insights
- Lead new product and feature launches, serving as the glue between Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and our Partners
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to build great content and messaging that showcases the power and value of the Webflow platform
- Refine Webflow’s pricing & packaging based on a deep understanding of our customers, market trends, and our product

About you:
You’ll thrive as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Design & Build if you:
- Have 5+ years of product marketing experience – an added bonus if you have experience managing and leading teams
- Have a solid foundational understanding of web development concepts – including HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Love turning complex technical concepts into simple, thoughtful, and compelling stories in a visual manner
- Enjoy looking ‘under the hood’ to understand how things work and turning one time initiatives into repeatable programs
- Have experience with Webflow or similar web development technology
- Have deep empathy for users and are able to adapt how you communicate to reach and engage your audience
- Can connect technical concepts with user value and express it succinctly
- Are naturally curious, highly-proactive and a self-starter capable of independently leading several projects with limited direction
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging
- Have a collaborative nature and exceptional interpersonal skills
