Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

• You’ll be the bridge between marketing, product and sales. You’ll help the product teams understand our users needs and you’ll help the marketing teams understand the benefits of new features. This role will drive the go to market strategy, packaging and monetization of feature launches and work closely with customer satisfaction and data to understand the impact of the launch.
• You’ll develop a strong understanding of our user cohorts through user interviews and data analysis. Develop clear positioning based on this evidence and the competitor landscape.
• You’ll create content and messaging that keep customers engaged throughout the full product lifecycle.

What we’re looking for

• We are looking for individuals who are extremely motivated by creating products for end users & are willing to take new and unique approaches when doing so.
• 4-6 years product marketing experience or a marketing facing role in a product and user first company.
• Experience driving growth in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills and is comfortable presenting to all levels, internal and external to the business.
• Passionate about user experience and user needs.
• Strong prioritization skills and an execution-focused attitude
• You can quickly gather business requirements and market needs to craft a successful go-to-market strategy.
• You’re an expert at gaining qualitative and quantitative feedback, sharing with the product team and leveraging in your go to market strategy.

Bonus points

• You have previous experience in building productivity software
• You have deep experience with both mobile and desktop platforms
• You have experience in working with prosumer / bottoms-up SaaS software
• You have design or engineering skills
