The Role:

We’re hiring for a (Senior) Product Marketing Executive, who will work as part of the Product Marketing team. As a Product Marketing Executive, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales across the main pillars of Product Marketing: positioning & messaging, launches, sales/marketing content enablement.

The ideal candidate will be a well-organised self-starter with great attention to detail, who has the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and can easily adapt to new responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Positioning and Messaging

● Support the Product Marketing function in becoming the voice of the customer

● Be an expert on our buyers - understand and document how different personas and segments make decisions and what product capabilities are important to them. Then distribute what you learn in a scalable and repeatable way.

● Plan and perform messaging tests and experiments in partnership with our website manager and the demand gen function

● Work with the CI team to gather relevant competitive data to inform product messaging

● Use qualitative and quantitative measurement to inform your next initiative.

Launches & Messaging

● Plan and execute product launches. Take ownership of different parts of the process to ensure releases and launches are delivered seamlessly, both externally and internally

● Work alongside Content, Demand Gen, and Customer Marketing teams to enable aligned multi-channel product marketing initiatives.

● Work with the sales enablement team to ensure launch narrative and training is delivered to the revenue org in the most effective and efficient way possible.

● Work with Product Operations & the documentation team to maintain a consistent narrative across materials and develop customer-facing release notes according to a predefined schedule

Content enablement

● Create easy-to-understand, client-facing product workflows, ensuring prospects and customers understand the different ways they can use the platform

● Help in the creation of customer-facing product videos to be used in sales conversations & marketing campaigns

● Help turn the product roadmap into client-facing collateral that can be used by the revenue org

● Create new assets to support sales and improve Product Marketing’s impact on revenue

● Help in the distribution and effective use of product messaging across different content formats & channels

● Maintain the freshness and relevance of sales assets in the company’s CMS


Requirements

●Experience in B2B marketing, sales, or a client-serving role

●Clear and effective communication (written and verbal)

●Excellent writing skills

●Attention to accuracy and detail

●Creative self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

●Ability to execute with speed, fail and learn fast

●Ability to prioritise workload, manage and track multiple projects at the same time

●Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and effectively respond to changing priorities

●Receptive to opportunities for continuing education and professional development

●Comfortable learning how to use a variety of tools to support objectives

●Analytical and problem solving skills; able to analyse the problem, prove what is or isn’t working and decide the best course of action
