We’ve built a virtual therapy assistant to support patients and clinicians along the talk therapy care journey, enhancing therapist productivity while also keeping patients engaged along the care journey.

This is something incredibly important. The global demand for mental healthcare is ever rising, and the supply of clinicians can't keep up. Increasingly therapists are reporting symptoms of burnout. On the other side, we all wish the best care for anyone going through a tough time. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager/Product Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Limbic Access. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve positive outcomes aligned with Limbic’s vision, goals and market needs.

Key skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager driving positive outcomes, with a passion for leveraging technology to improve mental health.
• Good knowledge of UK and US healthcare systems.
• Proficient understanding of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
• Aptitude for navigating healthcare regulatory compliance, particularly regarding medical devices, with a skillful ability to manage product risks within these regulatory landscapes.
• Ability to drive product innovation through critical thinking, empathy, and data-driven decision-making.
• Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, fostering strong team dynamics and taking ownership of product success.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate product launches, ensuring alignment across internal teams while navigating regulatory and implementation challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying product updates and challenges, promoting transparency and alignment across the organization, and inspiring team members to achieve shared goals.
