About the team
Our growing Product team ensures ZOE delivers the most personalised experience for every member, ensuring our customers are able to achieve their health goals, and ultimately help improve the health of millions. Our PM’s work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Design, Data Science, and Nutrition Science, to deliver innovative solutions that empower our users to get the most from the ZOE program.
About the role
As a Senior Product Manager at ZOE, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to improve human health through groundbreaking scientific research and personalised nutrition programs. You will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our in-app products, contributing to the growth and success of ZOE.

- Guide your team to focus on our members and think big. Work together with others to solve problems that meaningfully improve our member experience and outcomes. Encourage bold ideas and motivate your team to think big, even if it’s outside their comfort zone.
- Combine research and data to deeply understand our current and potential members. Use this insight to create the best possible value.
- Prioritise effectively on multiple dimensions. Ensure the urgent doesn’t always outweigh the important. Have the confidence to discard ideas that seem good but lack long-term benefits.
- Be proactive. Work with your team to stay on top of industry and technology trends to find new opportunities.

- Have a proven track record of being pivotal as an individual contributor in the success of one or more products and businesses.
- Have experience leading product teams and developing strong relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders. You excel at building cross-functional alignment and maintaining focus throughout execution of complex projects.
- Have expertise in user-centric, rapid product development research methods such as mixed methods user research, product validation, and other relevant methodologies for sizing and prioritising customer problems.
- Have experience designing experiments that firmly test hypotheses, always building on your learning.
- Are enthusiastic about being a hands-on product manager and are eager to do everything necessary to ensure your product's success, thinking strategically and executing tactically.
- Are customer-focused at heart. Our members come first, so you need to be excited about helping our members and delivering on our mission to improve the health of millions.
