The role

As our Senior Product Manager, Zip Business you'll own the strategy and vision for our business credit products, and lead two awesome product managers who support the delivery of our suite of SMB solutions.

Working with a world-class team of software engineers and product designers, you'll lead our mission to revolutionise the corporate credit card - creating digital payment solutions that solve problems for millions of business users.

You'll focus on creating world-class user experiences that in turn drive the profitability of our spend management and cashflow smoothing products. You will play a key role in the continued evolution of Zip Business into a major player in business payments in Australia, then globally.

Partnering with the biggest names in payments technology, you’ll help us take existing capabilities into the unknown, to build products that truly reimagine what is possible in the small business space.

To help us level up, you'll need to bring

Significant experience as a product manager in financial services, fintech or payments
Proven strategy development and execution skills, with strong commercial nous
Passion to create or leverage modern digital solutions that solve business problems in a new way
Leadership qualities and experience, plus a desire to lead and coach a small product team
Expert communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders and partners at all levels
A data-driven and analytical approach to making decisions, and great prioritisation skills
Solid knowledge of agile, strong drive and a structured and result-oriented way of working
Ability to conduct experiments using the latest techniques to test, learn and improve the customer experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, plus the drive, determination and resilience to quickly work through ambiguity to an outcome
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to move with a sense of urgency, sensitivity to give people space to offer suggestions
Confidence in your own abilities, yet humble enough to admit when you’re wrong
A love of autonomy as well as close team-working
