We're looking for an awesome product manager to join our growing PM team - solving users’ problems in a way they love (and also works for the business!)
We’re building the world’s UX infrastructure and lowering the barrier to creating great user experiences by enabling any company in the world to have a sophisticated design system. We’re allowing companies to design and develop user experiences in a much more systematic way and deliver high quality UX 10x faster.
We've built a design system documentation product people love and thanks to this we've grown through word-of-mouth to 1500+ customers including multiple Fortune 100s. We're the market leader in our category, grew our team by over 4x in 2021 and have the backing of world-class investors like Tribe Capital, Y Combinator and Adobe. But design system documentation is just the beginning... we're now perfectly positioned to become the leader in DesignOps and transform how products are built. That's why we expanded to the Bay Area in 2021 to fulfil our ambition of being a truly global company ? ?

You'll join as our third product manager - working alongside our designers, engineers and data team. We split into cross-functional teams late last year and we’re now hitting our stride, aiming for each squad to collaborate on problems and find solutions that work for the user and the business. You’ll report to Robin, the CPO and co-founder of zeroheight.
To be successful as a zeroheight PM, you'll need to build a deep knowledge of our users, their problems and how they use the product. You'll also need to understand the business constraints from sales, success, support, legal and any other stakeholders. Finally, you'll need to build a great understanding of the wider design tools industry and competitor landscape.
You'll work under the assumption that outcome beats output; shipping is necessary but not sufficient. You'll work with our data team to measure how solutions perform, only satisfied when it's verified they're solving the problem the team is tackling. If not, you'll need to iterate with another solution, optimising for speed of learning.
As you won't be directly managing the product team, you'll need the ability to influence your teammates and stakeholders using data and sharing context. You should be fully fluent in the three "languages" (design, engineering and business) to allow you to communicate with everyone equally well.
