Senior Product Manager

Who is this for?

We’re looking for a product manager that has a proven track record of successfully shipping top-notch features in complex products. We’re looking for someone who can think outside of the box, understand the core issue the feature is trying to solve and develop a timeline to deliver, iterate and improve this vertical until goals are achieved. You’ll be working in a hyper competitive environment, and you’ll be fully responsible for your performance.

The role

Our team spent the past two years perfecting a high retention platform, we have several product areas we want to improve and you’ll be in charge of one or more of these. We are aiming to hit some important milestones over the next months/years and fine tuning of our product is a key part of that. Your team will be composed of a designer, 2-3 developers.

Duties

• Plan, define and review product timelines and priorities with VP of Product
• Analyze competitive landscape, define strengths and weaknesses for your vertical, identify opportunities
• Develop a strategy and prioritize product items
• Iterate with design to create prototypes for development
• Plan and set deadlines for release with dev team
• Write highly functional specifications and work closely with all parties involved until shipping
• Define and monitor key funnels and metrics
• Work with other product teams to understand and define new opportunities

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and shipping great software, including responsibilities driving prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines
• Proven track record of impact through solving meaningful problems in creative ways
• Strong product sense and pride in understanding your customers
