About the role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join our team and help drive the development of our innovative products. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a strong track record of delivering successful products from ideation to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Drive end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and scope are met. Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of product launches and enhancements.
  • Product Ownership: Own the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing) and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise product requirements. Translate business needs into actionable development tasks.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the product delivery process and suggest solutions to optimise efficiency, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and opportunities. Ensure the entire team is aligned on goals and deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate potential delivery challenges and proactively manage risks, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on track.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data to guide decisions, ensuring that key metrics drive the product’s evolution and prioritisation.

You will be a great fit, if you have

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a hybrid role, preferably within a tech-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in delivering software products or features from conception through to launch.
  • Solid understanding of agile development processes and methodologies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
  • Strong organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in startups or scaling businesses.
  • A passion for continuous learning and development, both personally and for the teams you work with.

Attributes that work here are

  • Delivery-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to foresee potential issues and address them before they become blockers.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Skilled at working across teams, bringing together multiple disciplines to drive product success.
  • Strong Communicator: Capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences.
  • Analytical Thinker: Comfortable working with data to identify trends, make decisions, and measure success.
