We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Invoicing team. 

About the role: 

The Invoicing team’s mission is to help small businesses save time and improve cash flow. We aim to give small businesses time back to focus on running their business, and enjoying their life, by automating the hard stuff and making administration easy. Our products help businesses around the world get paid on time. 

The Senior Product Manager within the Invoices team will drive customer and business value through helping small businesses get paid. Our mission is to help small businesses save time and improve cashflow. We aim to give small businesses time back to focus on running their business, and enjoying their life, by automating the hard stuff and making administration easy. To empower small businesses to take control of their business by helping them make the right decisions at the right time within a seamless, integrated sales workflow powered by Xero and our app partners.

As Xero continues its journey of growth, the Invoices Senior Product Manager will deeply understand the needs and problems to solve when small businesses need to get paid. In partnership with a cross-disciple team, you will develop a vision and strategy for a portfolio of products and services then execute on it, refining it as you learn. You will lead, coach and mentor a talented team. Your skillful leadership enables them, and their cross-functional teams, to deliver compelling products and services that solve real problems for our customers. This involves working across disciplines to ensure that we are giving the right priority to the right aspects of the Xero experience at the right time.
