Reimagine the infrastructure of cancer care within a technology and science community that values integrity, inspires growth, and is uniquely positioned to create a more modern, connected oncology ecosystem.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us accomplish our mission to improve lives by learning from the experience of every cancer patient. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?

What You'll Do

The Workflow Enablement team is specifically focused on building tooling to bring flexibility to our data products and  empower our subject matter experts. You will work closely with our Commercial Products and Client Solutions teams to build tools that curate and deliver the highest quality data to power cutting edge oncology research for our partners.

The successful candidate will own the vision and product roadmap for the internal application that supports our end-to-end data generation process. This application streamlines and automates how we generate, analyze, and deliver datasets to our customers. You will collaborate closely with execution teams to identify ways to optimize data generation as our data deliverables become more complex with new customer use cases. You will collaborate with other product managers and across business lines to decide which new data deliverables we can enable using this platform.

In addition you will:

  • Own aligning our business strategy and metrics with our product development efforts and leading an engineering team from design through successful rollout
  • Manage and drive software projects with high technical risk and high coordination complexity
  • Communicate and evangelize the value of technical infrastructure to the business stakeholders
  • Create detailed roadmaps, prioritize relentlessly, and communicate trade-offs internally
  • Identify and fix process gaps around execution, roll-out, and ongoing support of software projects

Who You Are

You're a Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of experience in a high-volume software, SaaS, or systems development environment. You're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You’re a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact.

  • Have past experience working with complex, high-throughput web applications, or complex workflow enablement systems, in an engineering or product capacity
  • You have Product Management experience, especially building enterprise-grade applications
  • You have strong technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs, challenges, and risks
  • You have BA/BS degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • You have strong project management skills and excellent organizational and communication skills
  • You have a strong understanding of software projects’ development, roll-out, and support risks
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills

If this sounds like you, you'll fit right in at Flatiron.
