We are looking for an outcomes-driven Senior Product Manager to join our expanding Product team at wisp. Product Management at Wisp is about turning areas of opportunity into fantastic experiences and products. It’s about cultivating relationships and trust with stakeholders and peers. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Engineering, Operations, and Marketing.
This individual will help us create initiative-level solutions and features through user feedback, data analytics, and continual experimentation and iteration. This individual will work with cross-functional teams to develop robust user experiences representing our brand and mission. They will also help cement product best practices in our process and the company.

We connect patients with hassle-free sexual healthcare through discreet and immediate online access with convenient treatment that saves them time, money, and stress. Responsibilities
- Have Ownership: You’ll own an area of the business and drive key metrics with creative solutions. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll define the direction of the product roadmap through research, vision-setting, alignment, and implementing strategies consistent with the company vision.
- Collaborate: You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Stakeholders from the beginning and throughout the Product Lifecycle. Together you’ll define scope, product releases, and prioritization based on stakeholder and customer demands and capacity constraints.
- Growth Experimentation: Work with our growth team to ensure we’re building & running experiments that can drive acquisition, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Help Define Product at Wisp: You’ll be a key influencer in evolving our Product Lifecycle and establishing best practices across the company.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in Healthcare, eCommerce, or direct-to-consumer (D2C).
- Strong understanding of Healthcare and eCommerce product best practices.
- Experience conducting and applying research, usability tests, and metrics to inform product decisions.
- Great written communication skills to articulate product strategies and outcomes across a distributed team, including executives.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to formulate strong points of view that advocate for the user, balancing business needs and data metrics with quality experiences.
- Self-starter who takes the initiative in solving problems and can self-manage commitments and deadlines.
