Senior Product Manager

We are looking for experienced and driven Sr. Product Managers to join our team! You will be instrumental in understanding the needs of our end customer and ensuring that our products address those needs. Working side by side with Engineering, UX, and other internal teams, you will collaborate to craft and deliver a single, cohesive product vision. You will decide what products we build and why we build them. You will play a hands-on role in taking products successfully to market and scaling them.

• Drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for a WhenThen tribe based on customer needs, market data, and trends
• Advocate for our customers with passion about their needs, opportunities, usability, performance, scalability, and security
• Drive collaboration across engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and executive leadership
• Provide an unparalleled customer experience by driving new features, customer surveys, pricing and technical documentation
• Ability to work with the various field teams to appropriately map out customer use cases and requirements
• Bring a passion for careful data analysis to inform decisions

• A proven history of success as a product manager on a fast-paced, growing team at a payments, high-tech or SaaS software company
• A self-starter who enjoys challenges across a broad range of disciplines
• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and delivering results 
• Comfortable with public speaking
• Familiarity with open source software, and cloud technologies
• The desire to take an active role in innovation

• 4+ years experience in product management in payments, FinTech, or SaaS
• Degree in computer science, technology, business, or a related field
• A genuine passion for solving user problems and a strong sense of empathy for the users
• Experience collaborating with designers, engineers, marketers to take a product from concept to scale
• Have the ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences
• Experience building and shipping complex products at scale
• Ability to write, defend, and execute on business cases
• Excellent communication skills
