ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to chart the future for and grow the web version of our signed in member experience, the web app. Peloton’s web and mobile apps help our users achieve their fitness goals anytime and anywhere, across a wide range of user types. The web app is available to our millions of users and is a natural onramp for new users and portable big screen use case. We see significant growth opportunity to build awareness for the web app and interconnectivity with our mobile apps.
In this role, you’ll work with a cross-functional squad to understand our users and business, set strategy, and deliver features and journeys that help our product scale healthily. You’ll also help set strategy across the app ecosystem as a key thought leader owning a core platform.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Establish a compelling vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap in partnership with your core working team and business partners.
- Co-lead a product development team with cross-functional partners to deliver on your vision and user/business outcomes.
- Own and drive product quality and outcomes. While you’ll have partners to be accountable with, you take this important responsibility to heart.
- Create detailed requirements for features and tests, and work closely with teammates across our engineering and design teams to prioritize and phase work for agile, high impact learning and execution.
- Work closely with your Product Analytics and Product User Research partners to understand our users and how they interact with our products. Bring this user understanding into your strategy, prioritization, and execution.
- Serve as our go-to PM thought leader on the web app experience. Understand industry best practices through experience and staying up-to-date.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience building consumer software products, especially signed in, repeated use experiences
- Self starter and proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication skills and highly collaborative
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Constant attention to detail
