Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team at VTS! This position at VTS comes with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, touching on immediate capabilities that can scale to millions of users this year.  You will be working on web and mobile products focused on engaging residents in the building with one another and enabling hyperlocal commerce within buildings and communities. You will join a dedicated squad of a designer and engineers taking your work from 0 to 1 for our flagship product Activate.

Here’s what you can expect as a Senior Product Manager: 

• You will work with the business and customers to understand the challenges we should address that unlock customer value
• You will solve customer and business problems while flexing your creative and analytical side
• You will define ambitious and empathetic goals with your squad and then ship high-quality product every day to hit them
• You will work in an open, collaborative, and multidisciplinary environment. You will own the priority and scope of the work and use our amazing design and engineering talent to generate and iterate on these ideas
• You will measure and synthesize the quantitative and qualitative feedback on your products, and share these findings with your team and senior management 
• You will conduct research to uncover the high-level “jobs to be done” of our internal teams, as well as tactical usability and user experience opportunities for the team
• You will have autonomy over your backlog and flexibility to ensure we are hitting the right balance of new features, polish, bugs, and technical investment
• You will also work closely with our product leadership team to improve team culture, motivation, and processes
• You will have the potential to leverage GenAI capabilities to supercharge the impact your product has on customers

You will thrive in this role if:

• You have experience as a Product Manager in Consumer Social, E-commerce, and/or SaaS companies
• Able to navigate uncertainty and skilled at synthesizing actionable insights from raw, unstructured qualitative and quantitative data.
• A systems thinker that can distill many use-cases into a simple, elegant, generic solution or platform.
• You default to action. The best way to validate something is to ship, learn, and iterate.
• You are a truly empathetic listener: to your team, stakeholders and our customers
• You are clear and concise in your communication
• You care deeply about best product practices and standards – just shipping isn’t enough for you
