About the role 🖥️
Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Buyer Experience team.

You will report to the VP Product of the team and be in charge of identifying our biggest challenges and opportunities to scale the product, and create innovative solutions so we can become more efficient and deliver the best experience to our buyers. You will be responsible for defining and executing the roadmap for your squad, working cross-functionally with our business counterparts, design and tech, making sure all initiatives deliver value early and often. 

In this specific role, you will be working closely with our Marketing and Merchandising teams to improve user engagement. Your job will be to make sure we deliver relevant and engaging content to our users, as well as to guarantee the operational efficiency of content creators.

What You’ll Do 👜

  • Define and manage the product roadmap for your area, ensuring that the team is working on solving the most important problems by defining a strong roadmap based on the short and long-term customer needs and business objectives
  • Lead a squad composed of engineers and QA, collaborating closely with the Technical Lead
  • Lead the definition of the key metrics that will measure the success of the teamwork
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align on priorities and create a scalable product
  • Communicate cross-company the strategy and new releases
  • Follow up of impact on the features launched

Who you are ⭐

  • Customer-centric, work back from customers problems
  • Passionate about scaling products and improving efficiency
  • 5+ years experience in a product-centric position with a proven track record of shipping products impacting KPIs 
  • Experience in working with Marketing & Merchandising teams and knowledge of CMS is a plus 
  • Analytical mindset: strong experience in using a data-informed approach to make product decisions
  • Able to solve complex problems and take a new and creative perspective on existing solutions
  • Extensive experience in working with engineering teams using Agile development methodologies
  • Effective communicator, able to bridge the gap between business and technology
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and impact-oriented
