About the role
Embedded Payroll is a major milestone for Deel. You will lead a capable team and take the product from 0 to 1, and beyond.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and influence the product strategy, roadmap and GTM. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, designers, engineers and subject-matter experts across the organisation to ensure the fast delivery of the best-in-class experience to a wide customer base.
Having experience working with payroll and/or HR products will be an advantage for this role.
What you will do
Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release
Strategically think of the product from high level to connect the missing dots
Make difficult decisions as you help the team navigate the journey to build Deel Embedded Payroll
Deeply analyse customers and business problems to identify the pain points
Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions
Work closely with highly talented Product Designers and team of Engineers as well as payroll experts
Above all - Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all round the world
What we’re looking for
Minimum 4 years of product management experience in a fast pace environment (ideally scaleup/start-up)
Experience building payroll products in the US
Independent and autonomous leader
Understanding of both UX and UI
