About the role

Embedded Payroll is a major milestone for Deel. You will lead a capable team and take the product from 0 to 1, and beyond. 

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and influence the product strategy, roadmap and GTM. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, designers, engineers and subject-matter experts across the organisation to ensure the fast delivery of the best-in-class experience to a wide customer base.

Having experience working with payroll and/or HR products will be an advantage for this role.

What you will do

• Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release

• Strategically think of the product from high level to connect the missing dots

• Make difficult decisions as you help the team navigate the journey to build Deel Embedded Payroll

• Deeply analyse customers and business problems to identify the pain points

• Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions

• Work closely with highly talented Product Designers and team of Engineers as well as payroll experts

• Above all - Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all round the world

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 4 years of product management experience in a fast pace environment (ideally scaleup/start-up)

• Experience building payroll products in the US

• Independent and autonomous leader

• Understanding of both UX and UI
